Shilpi Samantray
Shilpi has a decade long experience across multiple domains ranging from biofuels, corporate and government climate action programs, electric vehicle mobility transition, project management, renewable energy feasibility at rural sectors, and solar rooftop. She holds expertise in policy research, government partnerships, research products at the intersection of public good and sustainability. Prior to joining USAID’s SAREP, she worked at Ola Mobility Institute where she led the Electric Mobility work, influencing policy decisions through research. Shilpi holds a master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering & Management from TERI University. Additionally, she is a part of the first cohort of Yale Emerging Climate Leaders Fellowship 2022-23 by the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs, Yale University.
