Track Record: Currently, the company has c.24MW in operational projects and 45MW under construction with an additional 130MW under predevelopment stage.
Management Team: The CEO has over 25 years of industry experience with all senior managers possessing 10 – 20 years of experience in the industry.
USE OF FUNDS
- The company has identified and received government approval to develop a 100MW ground solar PV project and is seeking US$ 65M in debt and equity financing to support development of the project.
